NotOK Fest is a new horror film festival built by people who'd rather be in the back row than on a panel. We program shorts and independent features that are strange, mean, funny, or genuinely upsetting — ideally several at once.
Year one is deliberately small: a single night, a packed room, filmmakers in attendance, drinks after. If that goes well, year two gets bigger. If it doesn't, at least we watched some good films in the dark with strangers.
